I wanted to post on October 1st to start off my month-long campaign of keeping up with my blog—alas, the experiment is off to a delayed start. Early fall was non-stop, and I haven’t even caught you up on summer yet.
I’ve finally archived my NYFW editorial contributions to Refinery29 on Tchaikovsky Darling—check them out if you missed anything in real time:
I’ve been nominated for New York Design Shop‘s Create Couture Halloween Contest–I need to turn in my DIY costume October 15th, and I have a lot of work to do. Stay tuned for the step-by-step and finished product.
My trans-global music collective [Burdel Dali Presents] is DJing the opening of the Rubin Museum of Art’s Icon Conference this weekend: “Embodying the Holy: Icons in Eastern Orthodox Christianity and Tibetan Buddhism”. We’re on from 6-10PM in the K2 lounge. Admission to the lounge is free. Come check it out if you’re in the area!
Stylish, substantial updates on the way–promise.
